The Challenge:

The Treat Haus needed a brand identity that felt elevated, instantly recognisable, and aligned with the premium experience they wanted to offer their clients.

The existing brand lacked cohesion across customer touchpoints and didn’t fully reflect the luxurious, self-care focused feel of the business. They needed a visual identity that would help them stand out in a competitive beauty and treatment space, while also creating a strong foundation for social media, in-store touchpoints, and future growth. A key challenge was ensuring the branding felt both approachable and aspirational, something that would appeal to their target audience while still positioning the business as a high-end destination.

I created a refined and cohesive brand identity that captured the essence of The Treat Haus: modern, feminine, premium, and inviting. This included a full suite of branded assets, from the core logo system through to social media templates, printed price lists, stickers, and supporting brand collateral to ensure consistency across every customer touchpoint.

The visual direction was designed to evoke a sense of luxury and indulgence, helping the brand feel polished and instantly memorable both online and in person. By building a flexible suite of assets, the client now has everything needed to market the business confidently and consistently as it grows. The end result is a brand that not only looks beautiful, but also supports trust, professionalism, and stronger customer recognition.
